Our product is a pre-assembled fully-equipped modular kitchen, manufactured in our plant, and delivered in a few weeks only. Our kitchen modules aim to empower restaurants and food service providers by saving them time, money and hassle, while offering an environment-friendly alternative to traditional brick and mortar kitchens. We have delivered over 100 + units throughout the USA, Caribbean, and Africa. Our customers are food chains, hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

THE ROLE

You will plan and supervise the construction of modular prefabricated commercial kitchen projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

COOL THINGS YOU WILL DO

  • Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
  • Prepare and submit bid packages
  • Plan, schedule and budget projects
  • Collaborate with client, client’s subcontractors, engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project and consistently provide project updates, answers to questions, and guidance through the project delivery process to different stakeholders.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Coordinate, develop, execute, and report project timing
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues
  • Prepare progress reports and lead regularly scheduled team meetings to review timing, open issues, project budget, and status reports
  • Identify, hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
  • Ensure that the construction project is compliant with current building codes as well as any other legal or regulatory requirements
  • Create benchmarks and checkpoints to evaluate and measure project health, progress, lead time and budget
  • Ensure resource availability, allocate resources and manage material procurement

What You Bring To The Table

  • BS/BA in engineering or management, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project management
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles
  • Familiarity with project management softwares
  • Revit/CAD experience is preferred
